Repairs
Crypal recognises that in normal hire day-to-day usage of our products will result in a degree of stillage degradation, it is not our intention to charge for what we deem to be fair wear and tear. Damage that is deemed to require repair will result in additional charges to the account holder

Transportation
Crypal recognises that transport arranged by us has the potential to cause issues with logistical supply. Therefore we prefer if our customers arrange the pick up and returns of stillage hire or sale.
